Key Responsibility
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
  • with at least 1 year experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibility
  • Provide first aid treatment and medical assistance to employees as needed.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality of health information.
  • Conduct routine health assessments and monitor employee wellness.
  • Administer prescribed medications and assist in medical referrals when necessary.
  • Support in implementing health and safety programs, seminars, and trainings.
  • Assist HR in health-related documentation such as sickness reports, HMO concerns and annual medical exams.
Qualification
  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
  • Must be a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Willing to do administrative task
